Tatton Court comprises a 60,000 sq ft terrace of warehouse and manufacturing units situated on the Grange Employment Area, strategically located adjacent to the M6 motorway. 25% of the units were unoccupied upon acquisition and the terrace required modernisation.

Our business plan provided for the full refurbishment of the vacant units, together with the complete upgrade of the entire terrace, including the cladding, joinery and roofs. Following our improvements, the accommodation was relaunched within the market place, achieving full occupancy and was sold.
