Chancerygate Business Centre comprises 20 newly built industrial and warehouse units totalling 65,000 sq ft and is located in a prime position just west of Southampton Docks. Approximately 40% of the units were vacant upon our acquisition.

Our business plan provided for a fresh and pro-active marketing campaign to take advantage of the shortage of quality, freehold industrial accommodation within this major south coast conurbation.
