Sovereign House, London Road, Twickenham

Sovereign House comprises a 10,000 sq ft town centre building situated close to the station and located in the affluent London suburb of Twickenham. The building was acquired as a mixed-use retail and predominantly vacant office. Prior Approval for permitted development was obtained and the offices have been converted into 12 luxury apartments.

All flats were sold within 9 months of completion of our works and the retail space was repositioned with Toni & Guy and Costa Coffee relocating as the anchor tenants.
