Kelvin Square, Livingston, Scotland

Kelvin Square comprises 43,000 sq ft of trade counter accommodation located in one of Scotland’s most successful new towns. The park is let to a number of local and national occupiers including National Tyres, Kwik Fit, Plumb Center and Edmundson Electrical.

Approximately 15% of the park was vacant at the time of acquisition and our strategy included a comprehensive refurbishment of the vacant units and lease restructuring. The units were subsequently sold to a combination of occupiers and investors.
